From customer service to quality products, a quick turnaround free estimate with in-house measure, product came quickly and installer (Doug) did a fabulous job treating my house as if it were his own. He went above and beyond helping in every way to make it a positive experience with outstanding results.  They even bought the shoe trim for the baseboards and painted them prior to install and then cut, installed and caulked it. Amazing!  It was literally service with a smile in the store and at my house.  I had 3/4 of my house done with new flooring. I shopped 4 places and Dean had the best service AND THE BEST PRICE!  Can’t beat that!  And last year they provided and installed a gorgeous tile floor and shower in my bathroom. If you need flooring of any kind, be sure to check them out. This was one of the best experiences in our whole remodel process with having an addition and new flooring for our whole upstairs.  Starting with their store staff was a great experience. They were knowledgeable, caring and not pushy.  We ended up going with a couple their suggestions and those are some of our favorite parts of the finished project.  Dean, the owner, was the first one on site to check things out and was extremely accurate and thorough in his process of figuring out what we needed.  His team worked fantastically with our contractor and was able to stay perfectly to schedule.  They were meticulous and everything is perfectly level with amazing transitions.
